Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.space-artworks.net. The seller is Space Artworks, Rathausstrasse 25, 4410 Liestal, Switzerland (contact: spaceartworks.foto@gmail.com). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is made online through our payment provider. An order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.
2. Products
Physical products are astrophotography prints on Plexiglas, made to order and shipped from Switzerland. Digital products are high-resolution image files delivered as a download link by email right after payment. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result.
3. Shipping and delivery
Prints are usually produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment. Delivery takes about 10 to 15 business days within Switzerland and 12 to 18 business days to other countries. Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. See also our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns and refunds
Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund. Digital downloads are not refundable once the download link has been sent, except where required by law. See also our Refund Policy.
5. Copyright and licence
All images are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the print or file. Resale, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.
6. Liability
We are liable for damages only as required by Swiss law. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Liestal, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
