All prints are produced and shipped from Liestal, Switzerland (Space Artworks, Rathausstrasse 25, 4410 Liestal).

Processing time
Prints are made to order and usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time
Delivery takes about 10 to 15 business days within Switzerland and 12 to 18 business days to other countries. These are estimates; delays can occur with carriers and customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and on the destination (Switzerland, Europe or rest of the world). They are calculated and shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes
Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by their country.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Damaged parcels
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the print (spaceartworks.foto@gmail.com). See our Refund Policy.

Digital products are not shipped. The download link is sent by email right after payment.
